Volunteer Acknowledgment I understand that volunteering at Mokryi Nosyk animal shelter involves working with animals that may have unpredictable behavior, including rescued and traumatized animals. Assumption of Risk I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in volunteer activities at Mokryi Nosyk, including but not limited to: - Animal bites, scratches, or other injuries - Exposure to zoonotic diseases - Physical strain or injury from handling animals or equipment - Exposure to hazardous materials or cleaning agents ### 3. Health & Safety Compliance I agree to: - Follow all safety instructions provided by Mokryi Nosyk staff - Wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves, closed-toe shoes, etc.) - Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately - Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices - Not work while under the influence of alcohol or drugs - Inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect my ability to volunteer safely ### 4. Animal Handling Rules I understand and agree to: - Only handle animals under staff supervision or with explicit permission - Never force interaction with animals showing signs of stress or aggression - Respect animal boundaries and body language - Report any concerning animal behavior to staff immediately - Not bring personal animals to the shelter without prior approval ### 5. Code of Conduct I commit to: - Treating all animals with compassion and respect - Maintaining professional and respectful behavior toward staff and other volunteers - Not photographing or sharing images of animals without permission - Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the shelter - Following all facility rules and procedures ### 6. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mokryi Nosyk, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my volunteer service, including injuries, property damage, or illness. ### 7. Medical Treatment Authorization In case of emergency, I authorize Mokryi Nosyk staff to contact emergency medical services on my behalf and to share relevant health information with medical professionals. ### 8.
