Особиста відповідальність Я беру на себе повну відповідальність за свою безпеку та здоров'я під час волонтерської діяльності в Mokryi Nosyk. ### 3. Дотримання правил Я зобов'язуюся: - Дотримуватися всіх інструкцій та вказівок персоналу прихистку - Використовувати засоби індивідуального захисту, коли це необхідно - Повідомляти про будь-які травми або інциденти негайно - Не робити фотографії без дозволу - Дотримуватися конфіденційності інформації про тварин та інших волонтерів ### 4. Медичні умови Я повідомив(ла) Mokryi Nosyk про всі релевантні медичні умови та алергії. ### 5. # Mokryi Nosyk Volunteer Waiver & Agreement ## Volunteer Safety & Responsibility Agreement By volunteering with Mokryi Nosyk, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: ### 1. Assumption of Risk You understand that working with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Bites, scratches, or other injuries from animals - Allergic reactions - Physical strain or injury from lifting or handling animals - Exposure to infectious diseases You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your volunteer work. ### 2. Health & Safety Requirements - You must be in good physical and mental health - Inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications - Wear appropriate protective equipment as instructed - Follow all safety protocols and staff directions - Report any injuries or incidents immediately ### 3. Animal Handling Rules - Never approach an animal without staff permission - Follow all instructions regarding animal interaction - Do not feed animals without authorization - Respect animal boundaries and stress signals - Report any concerning animal behavior immediately ### 4. Code of Conduct - Treat all animals with compassion and respect - Maintain professional behavior at all times - Do not photograph or share images without permission - Respect the privacy of other volunteers and staff - Follow all facility rules and procedures ### 5. Liability Release You agree that Mokryi Nosyk, its staff, and board members are not responsible for: - Any injuries sustained during volunteer work - Loss or damage to personal belongings - Medical expenses resulting from volunteer activities - Any incidents arising from your failure to follow safety protocols ### 6. Acknowledgment I have read and understand this agreement.
