Who we are and what this site is
This site belongs to NGO Mokryi Nosyk (Volyn region, Ukraine, EDRPOU 44869265). The site exists to:
- Inform about our work.
- Solicit help (donations, volunteering, adoptions).
- Provide transparent reporting on the organization.
This site is not a public offer — we don't commit to signing an adoption agreement with everyone who submits a form. Adoption decisions are made individually.
Using the site
By using the site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in forms.
- Not use the site for spam, harmful content, or abuse.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Respect intellectual property (text, photos, design).
Site content
All text, photos, video, and design belong to NGO Mokryi Nosyk (or are used with the authors' permission). You may:
- Share links to pages of the site.
- Quote with attribution.
- Use animal photos to help with their adoption.
You may not:
- Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Pass off our content as your own.
- Use our logos without coordination.
Donations
Donations to us are used solely for the NGO's statutory activities:
- Animal care (food, medicine, vet services).
- Sterilization.
- Shelter equipment.
- Reasonable administrative expenses.
We keep complete records of income and spending. Reports are available in the Documents section.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If you donated by mistake — write to us within 14 days, we'll review case by case.
Adoption
Adoption happens on the basis of a separate agreement. The site only informs about available animals and collects preliminary applications.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline adoption without explanation.
- Contact the adopter after the animal is transferred.
- Reclaim the animal if improper care is discovered (per the agreement).
Liability
We do our best to keep information on the site accurate and current. But we do not guarantee:
- 24/7 uptime.
- That listed animals are still available (adoptions happen in real time).
- That animal descriptions fully reflect their personality (living beings change with circumstances).
We are not liable for:
- Third-party technical issues (Vercel, Supabase, Google Forms).
- Harm caused by misuse of information from the site.
- Other users' actions.
External links
The site may link to external resources (social networks, payment systems). We don't control their content and aren't responsible for it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The last-updated date is at the top. By continuing to use the site after updates, you accept the new version.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are settled in courts at the organization's place of registration.
